Frequently Asked Questions.

  • First step would be to contact us via email or phone. We will send out a form which requires Learners & Insurance information. After we receive the form, we would schedule an appointment for the initial intake. Followed by a detailed assessment & based on the outcome we would recommend services that the Learner would enroll in.

  • As soon as the detailed assessment is completed, we can start scheduling services.

  • Direct services will be provided by well trained registered behavior technicians (RBT).

  • The BCBA will always be present during service delivery at the center and will closely monitor the providers.

  • We collect digital data throughout each session……

  • We encourage Learners to start at the center, once maladaptive behaviors are corrected and consistent responding towards skill acquisition is established home visits are included to promote generalization across settings.

  • Yes, we do take major insurances. Please contact us to get more details and find out if your insurance is accepted.

  • Yes, we accept direct pay.

  • The recommended session per week for parent training is based upon the specific requirements of each individual.

  • Yes, we offer telehealth.

  • We maintain a distance of at least 6 feet which is recommended between students and teachers/staff, and between teachers/staff who are not fully vaccinated. Mask use by all students, teachers, staff, and visitors is particularly important when physical distance cannot be maintained.
