First step would be to contact us via email or phone. We will send out a form which requires Learners & Insurance information. After we receive the form, we would schedule an appointment for the initial intake. Followed by a detailed assessment & based on the outcome we would recommend services that the Learner would enroll in.

As soon as the detailed assessment is completed, we can start scheduling services.

Direct services will be provided by well trained registered behavior technicians (RBT).

The BCBA will always be present during service delivery at the center and will closely monitor the providers.

We encourage Learners to start at the center, once maladaptive behaviors are corrected and consistent responding towards skill acquisition is established home visits are included to promote generalization across settings.

The recommended session per week for parent training is based upon the specific requirements of each individual.

Yes, we offer telehealth.

We maintain a distance of at least 6 feet which is recommended between students and teachers/staff, and between teachers/staff who are not fully vaccinated. Mask use by all students, teachers, staff, and visitors is particularly important when physical distance cannot be maintained.
